Newz Flash: Drake’s Club Paradise Tour Ranks At No.1
It appears that Drake has officially de-throned Jay Z and Kanye West’ with his Club Paradise tour raking in $42.6 million, more than any other tour this year.
This is an incredible feat especially when you take into account the Canadian star has only released two albums. Not to be out-done on album sales either, Drake’s album ‘Take Care’ has knocked Lady Gaga’s ’Born this way’ clean off the record for highest first week sales for a full priced album.
Selling 850,000 copies in the first three weeks Rihanna’s ‘Talk That Talk’ has yet to reach those figures even after being out for a year.
Everything Drake does seems to turn to gold; he’s also lent his voice to the number one movie in America at the moment, ‘Ice Age 4: Continental Drift.’
You could say he’s sitting on a huge pile of brand new young money…
